The physical floor tiles double as digital
network nodes. Each node collects pressure readings for its
floor position, and sends them through the floor to an external
connection point via the shortest route possible. The network
automatically recognizes the addition & removal of tiles,
and adjusts shortest routes accordingly. Techniques for en-route
data distillation are currently in development.
