Dilina Janadith
Dilina Janadith is a PhD candidate attached to Interaction Design Center, University of Limerick. He is also a lecturer (on study leave) at the Department of Integrated Design, University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. He received his Bachelors in Design from University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka and his Masters in Sociology from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
His research interests are focused on Interaction design, digital age propaganda and storytelling. Having researched 4th EELAM war propaganda and digital age propaganda, his doctoral research is focused on the interaction design aspect of news, mitigating mis-information and idea polarisation. The research is co-funded by AHEAD- World Bank project targeted on accelerating Doctoral Research in Sri Lanka.
