Congratulations to Dr. Paul Gallagher!

Yesterday, during the Winter Conferring ceremony, Paul Gallagher was awarded his PhD title.

Paul was presented with his doctoral cap by his supervisor, Prof. Liam Bannon, and received his doctoral degree from the President of the university, Prof. Don Barry.
